The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a strong background in Mechanical or Production Engineering and a minimum of three years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee and manage the entire daily production cycle, ensuring that output targets (quality and quantity) are achieved efficiently.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators, allocating tasks and monitoring performance to maintain high morale and productivity.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to company quality standards and enforce all safety protocols and workplace rules.
• Process Improvement: Identify and troubleshoot equipment failures, process bottlenecks, and quality issues; implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed production logs, analyze performance data, and report key metrics to the management team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with proven leadership skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control (e.g., 5S, basic QC tools), and equipment maintenance.
• Soft Skills: Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
