Job SummaryThe Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling company products through on-ground marketing activities, customer interactions, retailer visits, and field campaigns. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing product visibility, and building strong customer and distributor relationships.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation- Visit markets, retailers, and distributors to sell products.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.- Execute promotional activities to boost product sales.2. Field Marketing Activities- Conduct product demos, sampling, and on-field awareness campaigns.- Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at retail outlets.- Organize roadshows, stalls, or local events to generate demand.3. Retailer & Distributor Management- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.- Ensure availability of stock at shops and sales points.- Collect market feedback and share insights with management.4. Market Research & Reporting- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.- Collect customer feedback and understand buying preferences.- Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates, and market analysis.5.
