Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Management (or equivalent experience).

9 years of SAP BASIS or technology experience within IT services or managed cloud environments.

5 years of customer:facing experience in technical service delivery, escalations, or project management.

In:depth knowledge of SAP technologies and system architecture (SAP certification preferred).

Hands:on understanding ofhyperscalers, multi:cloud integrations, networking, and virtualization technologies.
