Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Production Manager . The ideal candidate should have 3 4 years of hands-on experience , especially in handling and operating powderising / pulverising machines (or your exact machine name). The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage production operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee powerising/pulverising machines and related equipment
• Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime
• Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
• Prepare production reports and documentation
• Lead and guide production staff on the shop floor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 4 years of experience in industrial production
• Hands-on experience with powerising machines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and supervise production teams
• Good communication and planning skills
