Position: HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Support onboarding processes for new employees.
Prepare offer letters and induction materials.
Conduct joining formalities and orientation sessions.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Support compliance and documentation processes.
4. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in internal communication initiatives (e.g., newsletters, announcements).
Collect feedback and assist in engagement surveys.
5. Performance Management
Support data collection for appraisal cycles.
Help in preparing performance reports and dashboards
6. Learning & Development
Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking attendance.
Help evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and reports.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare and analyze HR metrics (attrition, recruitment, attendance, etc.).
Support HR dashboards and data presentations.
