Job Title: Marketing Executive - Textiles Industry Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Industry: Textiles Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: - 20,000 (basic) Incentives on achieving sales targets - Travel Requirement: 2 weeks per month (Travel tickets and food allowance provided)Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field marketing activities (70-80% of role) to promote textile products and expand customer reach.- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.- Make follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients to drive sales conversions.
-Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets; incentives will be provided for performance above target.- Collect and analyze market feedback to suggest improvements in marketing strategies.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
-Fluency in English and knowledge of Hindi (preferred); Tamil will be an added advantage.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Willingness to travel extensively (two weeks per month).
