Growth Marketer (B2B Marketing)Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 2-4 years Type: Full-timeAbout the Role :- We re looking for a Growth Marketer who s analytical, organized, and deeply curious about how content and data drive B2B growth.- You ll be responsible for conducting in-depth research, planning and supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for internal marketing as well as agency clients.- This is a role for someone who enjoys digging into data, coordinating moving parts, and helping marketing teams execute smarter and faster.What You ll Do :Research & Insights : - Conduct secondary research on industries, audiences, and competitors.- Build insight decks and structured data sheets to support campaign planning.- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within target markets.Operations & Task Management- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing workflows.- Coordinate internally across marketing, design and tech teams to ensure timely delivery.- Maintain project trackers and monitor progress across multiple clients.Marketing Support :- Assist in content strategy, keyword research, and SEO-driven initiatives.- Support analytics and reporting to evaluate marketing effectiveness.- Contribute ideas to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.What You ll Need :- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or agency environments.- Solid understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentals.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort working with data.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.Preferred Skills :- Experience managing B2B social channels (LinkedIn, Slack communities, Reddit, StackExchange).- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb).- Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio and Google Analytics.- Basic technical knowledge would be good to have (e.g., understanding how websites, analytics, and tags work together) (ref:updazz.com)
