-New Account Registration: Process customer registration through Forms.
-Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns.
-Making and Sending Quotations: Prepare quotations for required articles and services.
-New Lead Generation: Communicate with leads to arranging meetings and secure new business opportunities.
-Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales coordination & operations.
-Repeat Business: Encourage and manage repeat customer sales.
-Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional sales opportunities.
-Lead Management: Generate and convert sales leads.
-Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively.What We Expect of You: - Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
