We believe in building ideas, innovation, and legacies.Role Overview- We re looking for a sharp, creative, and versatile Brand Strategist who loves to think big, communicate effectively, and bring brands alive through storytelling, design thinking, and digital-first content.- This role is perfect for someone who can:- Think like a strategist.- Communicate like a content creator.- Present like a showrunner.- And be the face of Foosball League and other Neelmay brand stories.Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing brand strategies for Neelmay and its sub-brands.- Create content, UGC ideas, and brand campaigns for digital and offline platforms.- Support and present in pitches, brand presentations, and client meetings.- Be a visible face for Foosball Corporate League (FCL) content - reels, shorts, interviews, or quirky promo clips.- Collaborate with design, sales, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns.- Work on internal branding for Neelmay Group (office branding, events, culture stories).- Research trends, competitors, and culture shifts to fuel fresh campaign thinking.- Manage social handles with quirky, sharp content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Skills & Qualifications- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.- Strong communication and presentation skills (must be comfortable facing the camera).- Creative thinker with storytelling ability.- Hands-on with social media content (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, UGC formats).- Ability to write sharp copies, campaign lines, and presentation scripts.- Team player, with energy to work across strategy creative events.Bonus : Exposure to Canva/Photoshop/Premiere Pro or similar tools.What We Offer- Work across 5 unique brands under Neelmay, giving exposure to multiple industries.- Opportunity to become a face of campaigns (especially FCL).- A chance to create content that travels (UGC, reels, campaign ideas).- Fast-paced, creative work environment with lots of learning.- Platform to sharpen strategy and branding skills under senior mentors.
