- Job Title: Jewellery Counter Sales Executive- Department: Retail/Sales- Location: Mumbai (Vile Parle)Job Purpose:The Jewellery Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, showcasing jewellery collections, ensuring smooth sales transactions, and maintaining the brand s reputation at the retail counter.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and engage customers at the counter, understanding their requirements and preferences.- Showcase and explain product details such as quality, design, pricing, and after-sales services.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications (gold, diamond, gemstone, and other jewellery).- Assist customers in making purchase decisions by suggesting suitable products.- Achieve individual and counter-level sales targets.- Process billing, payment, and documentation accurately.- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.- Ensure proper product display, counter cleanliness, and stock arrangement.- Maintain sales records, reports, and daily follow-ups.- Stay updated on ongoing promotions, discounts, and new product launches.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.- 1-3 years of experience in jewellery/retail sales (freshers with good communication skills will be considered).- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.- Good knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and hallmarking (preferred).- Basic computer and billing system knowledge.- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach, and ethical sales behavior.
