We offer a suite of powerful tools - including Nitro Ads, Nitro Rewards, Nitro Recover, Nitro X, Nitro Capital, and more - designed to help brands lower CAC, increase retention, and scale revenue efficiently.Our platform is performance-driven, data-backed, and built to support high-growth businesses at scale.Role Overview- We re looking for a dynamic and driven Ad Sales Executive to join our revenue team. In this role, you ll be responsible for driving adoption of Nitro Ads - our ad-tech product designed to supercharge brand visibility and conversions through high-performance placements and networks.- You ll work directly with D2C founders, marketers, and decision-makers to pitch, onboard, and grow ad campaigns on Nitro s platform.Key Responsibilities- Identify, outreach, and build relationships with D2C and e-commerce brands that can benefit from Nitro Ads.- Sell advertising solutions and campaign packages tailored to client goals (acquisition, ROAS, brand reach, etc.).- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, demos, and case studies to showcase Nitro Ads value.- Work with internal teams (ad ops, performance, strategy) to launch and optimize campaigns.- Own the sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to closing and onboarding.- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.- Maintain a strong pipeline via CRM tools and update on key client activities.- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, D2C marketing behaviors, and competitor offerings.What We re Looking For- Experience in ad sales, media sales, digital marketing agency sales, or SaaS/performance product sales.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts: performance marketing, ROAS, CPM/CPC/CPA, media buying, etc.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Existing network in the D2C / e-commerce industry is a strong plus.- Highly self-driven, organized, and hungry to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
