Through a wide range of welfare programmes across health, education, skill development, and relief, the organisation aims to create inclusive and sustainable development for vulnerable communities.We are looking for a high performing and motivated individual to join our team as a Communications ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Develop and execute outreach plans and strategies to engage with communities.- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and meetings.- Prepare documentation including annual, donor and project reports, case studies and impact stories and information decks.- Create promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and other relevant organizations.- Collect and analyse feedback from outreach activities.- Prepare reports on outreach activities and its impact.Key Qualifications:- Min. a Bachelor s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.- Proven 2 yrs of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
