About the Role :- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Producer to manage the end-to-end production of engaging multimedia content for broadcast, digital, or social platforms.
-This role involves working closely with writers, directors, editors, and talent to bring stories and campaigns to life - from concept to final delivery.- You should be a self-starter with a passion for storytelling, strong production skills, and the ability to manage timelines and budgets in a fast-paced media environment.Key Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, scripting, shooting, and editing of content across various formats (video, audio, digital).- Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and storylines for shows, campaigns, and branded content.- Coordinate production schedules, cast and crew, locations, and equipment needs.- Manage post-production workflow, including editing, graphics, and approvals.- Ensure all content is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.- Liaise with marketing, social media, and distribution teams to support content launches.- Maintain rights, clearances, and compliance with legal and copyright guidelines.- Stay updated on content trends and audience preferences across platforms. Required Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Media Studies, Film, Communications, or a related field.- 2-5 years of experience in media production, digital content creation, or TV/film.- Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, audio, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).- Strong storytelling, scripting, and project management skills.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications- Experience producing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or streaming platforms.- Knowledge of live production workflows or multi-camera setups.- Familiarity with graphic design and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva).- Experience working with celebrities, influencers, or brand partners.
