Key Responsibilities :1. Content Creation & Writing:- Research and write scripts, social media captions, and articles in Marathi and/or English.- Translate ideas or briefs into culturally relevant content tailored for Marathi audiences.2. Anchoring & Presentation:- Appear on-camera for vox pops, interviews, and anchored video segments.- Assist with script rehearsals, voiceovers, and live/recorded shoots.3. Research & Analysis:- Track trending news, social issues, cultural topics, and youth opinions across Maharashtra.- Prepare briefs and background notes to support upcoming content.4. Community Engagement:- Interact with followers and manage community responses.- Highlight UGC (User-Generated Content) trends.- Participate in mood-based campaigns, challenges, and conversations.5. Project & Content Management:- Support the team in coordinating shoots, managing timelines, and uploading content.- Help in building structured content calendars for YouTube, Instagram, and UGC initiatives.Qualifications & Skills :- Strong communication and anchoring skills.- Writing fluency in Marathi (must) and English (preferred).- Basic understanding of digital content trends, reels, memes, and short video formats.- Research-oriented mindset with awareness of current affairs and youth culture.- Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter.- Skills in content planning and basic project management.- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.- Bonus: Experience with video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN Editor) or managing social media pages.Job Requirements :- Passion for Marathi culture and storytelling.- Strong sense of reliability, punctuality, and team spirit.- Camera confidence and openness to fieldwork (vox pops, street interviews, on-ground shoots).- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving creative environment.We re looking for someone who is fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi. It s a 3-month internship with 6 working days. The role includes content writing, public speaking, and anchoring-so confidence in front of the camera is important.If your performance during the internship is satisfactory, there is a possibility of offering you a full-time role with us.
