Sourcing Opportunities & Market Development- Identify and source overseas buyers through online databases, B2B platforms, digital marketing, and global trade directories.- Send professional emailers and sales pitches to initiate interest and generate leads.- Identify, evaluate, and appoint overseas Sales Agents for market representation and order generation.- Develop and onboard new dealers, distributors, and business partners in key international markets to expand brand presence.2. Strategic Sales & Business Growth- Formulate and implement effective export sales strategies based on market potential and company objectives.- Set and monitor international sales targets, ensuring consistent performance across geographies.- Explore untapped markets and introduce company offerings through tailored go-to-market strategies.3. Client & Channel Partner Management- Maintain strong relationships with international buyers, agents, and distribution networks.- Handle price negotiations, contract finalisation, and commercial terms.- Regularly interact with partners to understand market needs, offer product training, and improve service levels.4. Reporting & Market Intelligence- Monitor sales performance, forecast trends, and present regular reports to management.- Analyze competitors activities and global market movements to stay ahead of trends.- Recommend product adaptations or customisation based on international feedback -and demand.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor s in International Business / Marketing / Commerce.
