The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online sales channels, digital marketing, product listings, order processing, and customer engagement across various e-commerce platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, etc.- Handle B2B/B2C e-commerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built sites.- Oversee product uploads, pricing strategies, descriptions, and visual merchandising.- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability across platforms.- Drive online sales through promotions, campaigns, and digital ads (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)- Analyze customer behavior, traffic data, and conversion metrics to improve performance.- Manage returns, complaints, and ensure positive customer engagement and feedback.- Maintain relationships with e-commerce partners and service providers.- Generate periodic sales reports and assist in planning digital marketing budgets.Requirements:- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably in the sports goods, apparel, or consumer goods industry.- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and CMS platforms.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and digital marketing fundamentals.- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.Preferred:- Experience in sports goods or sportswear industry.- Familiarity with international e-commerce platforms (Amazon Global, etc.) is a plus.- Candidates with exposure to both domestic and international e-commerce sales will be preferred.To Apply: Send your updated CV with the subject line E-commerce AM/DM - Jalandhar .
