Key Objective:To ensure a smooth academic journey for students from admission to graduation by addressing their academic and administrative queries, boosting student satisfaction, and improving re-registration and completion rates.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact between students and the university.- Track student progress and ensure timely completion of academic requirements.- Handle student queries related to academics, fee payment, LMS, and processes via calls, emails, and chat.- Proactively communicate session updates, submission deadlines, and course progress.- Achieve high levels of student satisfaction, engagement, and retention.- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalations.- Maintain accurate records and update reports/MIS as per requirement.Key Requirements:- Education: Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, Journalism, IT, or related fields.- Experience: 2-6 years in academics or student counselling.Skills:- Strong communication (verbal & written), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills- Familiarity with academic processes, CRM, and ticketing systems- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint- Comfortable with inbound/outbound calling- Willing to work on rotational weekends (ref:updazz.com)
