- Job Title: Sales Head - Medical Disposable Tubing Products- Location: Faridabad, IMT- Department: Sales & Marketing- Reports To: Managing DirectorJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead our sales strategy and execution for medical disposable tubing products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the medical device/disposable market, strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, and OEMs, and a track record of building high-performance sales teams.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive sales plan to increase market share in disposable tubing products across geographies.
-Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target segments (e.g., hospitals, diagnostic centers, OEMs), and potential partnerships.
-Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
-Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
-Distributor Management: Develop and manage a network of distributors/dealers to ensure market coverage and sales growth.
-Pricing & Negotiation: Lead pricing strategy, negotiations, and deal closures with clients and institutional buyers.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, R&D, and production teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
-Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
-Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior management.Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.- MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
-10-15 years of experience in medical devices or disposable medical products, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
-Proven track record in B2C or institutional sales in the healthcare domain.
-Strong understanding of medical tubing products (Infusion therapy products, Respiratory products, anesthesia products, surgery & Urology products) is a major advantage.
-Familiarity with regulatory requirements (CE, FDA, ISO 13485) preferred.Key Skills: - Strategic thinking and execution - Strong leadership and team management - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Business development and client relationship skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environmentSalary & Benefits: - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives - Travel allowance and other perks - Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing organization (ref:updazz.com)
