We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Expert to elevate the MrPropTek brand, drive awareness, and build long-term equity. This individual will lead brand storytelling, campaign development, and customer engagement initiatives to ensure consistent and compelling brand positioning across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with company goals.- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and on-ground platforms.- Define and maintain consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.- Work with creative agencies and internal teams to produce engaging content and visuals.- Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze consumer insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align brand messaging.- Manage and grow brand partnerships, sponsorships, and PR initiatives.- Conduct regular brand audits and ensure compliance across all communication channels.Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).- Experience in brand marketing, preferably in real estate, tech, or consumer brands.- Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and campaigns.- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.- Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, etc. (ref:updazz.com)
