Hiring: Campaign Manager - B2B Marketing Location: Bengaluru, India (Full-time, Onsite)Ready to own the full campaign engine - from first impression to closed-won?Join us and help move CFOs from curiosity to commitment.Role SnapshotYou ll be the operational heartbeat behind our enterprise-focused campaigns - driving strategy, execution, and optimisation across Salesforce/Pardot, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Ads, webinars, and more.Partner closely with Content, SDR, Product, and Sales teams to turn GTM goals into impactful, insight-rich campaigns that engage CFOs and finance leaders at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Campaign Management Scope, build, launch, and scale multi-channel programs Maintain campaign calendars & retrospective documentation Salesforce/Pardot Expertise- Manage segmentation, automations, lead scoring, journey triggers, and campaign attribution Cross-Functional Collaboration- Align content, design, performance, and SDR cadences to hit MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets Reporting & Insights- Create dashboards & reports (Coda, Sheets, GA4) highlighting CPL, CAC, ROAS, funnel velocity Present weekly learnings & optimisations Process Building & Optimisation- Document workflows, improve hand-offs, champion data hygiene & marketing ops best practices- Experimentation & Special Projects Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and channels- Lead initiatives like advanced lead-scoring models, signal mapping, and new-channel pilots Success Metrics (First 12 Months)- 95% campaigns launched on-time- Improved MQL - SQL conversion rates- Optimised blended CPL across channels- Accurate attribution of campaign revenue in Salesforce- 100% recurring workflows documented & adopted What We re Looking ForMust-Haves- 2-4 years in B2B SaaS campaign management, marketing ops, or growth- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM & Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)- Proven track record running omni-channel programs (email, paid social, search, webinars, WhatsApp/SMS)- Advanced Excel/Sheets, with familiarity in SQL, Looker, or GA4- Excellent project management & stakeholder influencing skills- Ability to translate data into actionable insightsNice-to-Haves Experience targeting C-suite finance personas Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, Bombora Exposure to ABM playbooks & SDR workflows Why Join Us?An opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact campaign engine, work closely with senior leaders, and craft data-driven programs that directly influence pipeline and revenue.
