We are looking for a passionate Senior Academic Counsellor who can guide prospective students about our digital marketing programs. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them, and building strong relationships with students and parents.Key Responsibilities:1. Counsel and guide prospective students about courses offered by IIDE via calls, emails, in-person meetings, and video calls.2. Understand students educational backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable courses.3. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.4. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (phone, emails, walk-ins, etc.)5. Maintain detailed records of interactions on CRM software.6. Conduct follow-ups to maximize conversion rate.7.
