Job Summary:Sri Ganga Vilas is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Tiruppur region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, local promotions, brand building, and customer engagement, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer footfall.- Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns (print, digital, events, etc.).- Establish partnerships with local businesses, corporates, and event organizers.- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.- Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.- Manage and update company social media platforms and website content.- Coordinate with the operations team to align marketing strategies with business goals.- Organize food festivals, sampling activities, and community events.- Prepare marketing budgets and reports.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or food service.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of Tiruppur market and customer behavior is a must.- Experience in digital marketing and branding.- Leadership and team management skills.
