Key Responsibilities:- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the SaaS market to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Northeastern United States region.- Drive the team with critical sales strategies to target companies in specific regions and niche markets in the Lab informatics solution sector.- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor performance against these metrics.- Identify and engage with potential clients in the lab informatics sector, understand their needs, and present appropriate software solutions.- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the USA region.- Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products and services, with a focus on their application in healthcare and other related sectors.- Identify potential risks in the sales process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.- Regularly communicate with executive leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on sales performance and strategic initiatives.- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Contribute to the development of the company s overall sales strategy and long-term business goals.Requirements:- Overall, 3-4 years of experience in software sales, with at least 1 year of team handling experience. Experience in EdTech sales is highly preferred.- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.- Excellent leadership, adaptability, critical thinking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with software solutions and the ability to understand technical concepts. (ref:updazz.com)
