We re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and help us scale new heights! Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, and lead generation.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing for aligned growth strategies.- Analyze market trends, conduct research, and provide key insights to leadership.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
