Job Title: Team Lead - OperationsLocation: BangaloreExperience: 2-6 yearsRole OverviewAs a Team Lead - Operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15-25 Credit Advisors who focus on engaging subscribed users, identifying repayment opportunities, and cross-selling customized financial solutions.You will play a key role in driving revenue through lead conversions and repayments while ensuring a seamless user experience. This position combines sales execution, team leadership, and performance analytics-ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments.Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Credit Advisors.- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through coaching and performance management.- Conduct weekly performance reviews and implement incentive plans to maintain high momentum.Sales Execution:- Monitor sales pitches, handle objections, and improve conversion strategies.- Upsell and cross-sell relevant financial products and repayment tools.- Maintain high pitch quality and consistency in user communication.Performance & Analytics:- Track metrics: contact-to-conversion ratio, revenue per agent, AHT, talk time, and productivity.- Share daily and weekly performance reports with leadership.- Identify drop-offs and inefficiencies in the revenue funnel and act in real-time to improve results.User Engagement:- Develop outreach strategies to maximize user interactions and conversions.- Create sales scripts and structured frameworks for effective communication.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with Product, Finance, and Growth teams to run campaigns and solve technical roadblocks.- Ensure real-time implementation of product changes and updates.Compliance & Process Adherence:- Ensure adherence to SLAs, customer interaction protocols, and data security standards.Requirements Must-Have Skills:- 1 years of team handling experience- 2-3 years in B2C inside sales (preferably in BFSI or fintech)- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools- Strong data orientation and analytical skills- Hindi speaking - MandatoryPreferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in sales-driven roles within fintech or BFSI- B.Tech or MBA degree- High ownership, resilience under pressure, and a results-first attitude- Excellent communication and objection-handling skillsWhy Join Us?- High-growth, fast-paced environment- Ownership of a core revenue-driving function- Work with cross-functional teams and leadership- Performance-driven culture with strong incentives (ref:updazz.com)
