-A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities-Opportunity to make a positive impact-Attractive Salary & BenefitsOur client is a Staffing/Recruitment firm which recruit peoples on the behalf of other companiesThe Job Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.- Present and demonstrate AV products and solutions to clients.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.- Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales and post-sales support.- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed. Work Schedule: Working Days: 6 days a weekWeekly Off: 1st and 3rd Saturday offWorking Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PMIdeal Candidate Requirements: - Must have experience in the Audio Visual industry.- 3-4 years of field sales experience in a similar role.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to travel within the territory for client meetings.- Must be available for face-to-face interviews in Pune.
