US Technical Sales agents who have handled the inbound/Outbound process, Email, Printer & antivirus calls- US Technical support - printer & antivirus calls- Specifically handling calls for Email, printer, and antivirus calls.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our technology solutions, specifically for email, printer, and antivirus software/solutions.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention- Close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas.- Good Communication is a must.- Work from office in Noida.Timings:- 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM (ref:updazz.com)
