Marketing Executive - Events- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote in-person events.- Create detailed marketing plans with content buckets, schedules, budgets and negotiate media & association partnerships with external organizations relevant for respective events.- Leverage multi-channel marketing strategies including email, SEO, paid media, content marketing, and social media to maximize event visibility.- Produce compelling marketing assets such as landing pages, email sequences, digital ads, and social media content.- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually engaging collateral-brochures, banners, and promotional videos.- Maintain event websites and registration platforms, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and aligned with the brand voice.- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to optimize for ROI, attendee acquisition, and lead generation.- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables.- Stay up-to-date with B2B event marketing trends, tools, and innovations to continuously improve campaign performance.- Monitor lead sources and track conversion metrics from marketing channels to revenue attribution.Key Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events, conferences, or media industries.- Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating engaging marketing content.- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WordPress.- Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices including SEO, email automation, and social media strategy.- Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, editorial, and event production.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving results.
