Position Summary:We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Visual Designer with expertise in AI-powered design tools and traditional design software. This role combines the ability to create impactful visual content using platforms like Mid-journey and Adobe Firefly with strong storytelling, brand alignment, and multimedia design skills. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of evolving AI design trends, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to craft consistent, engaging visuals across digital and print formats to elevate Servify s brand presence.Key Responsibilities :1. AI-Powered Visual Creation:- Use AI design tools like Mid-journey, Adobe Firefly, and Canva AI to make eye-catching graphics that grab attention and spark interest.- Generate multiple design options and iterate quickly based on feedback.- Develop a deep understanding of AI design tools and stay up-to-date on the latest advancement.2. Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling:- Design visuals that clearly show what Servify stands for and what makes it unique and bringing campaign visualisations to life.- Ensure all visual content is aligned with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.- Maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing channels.- Manage project timelines and collaborating with the larger marketing team to bring campaigns to life with compelling design with the team and other stakeholders.3. Traditional Design & Video Skills:- Work with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects to improve AI-generated content or create designs and videos from scratch when needed.- Creating visually stunning content that grabs attention and strengthens Servify s brand.- Get designs ready for different uses like websites, social media, print materials, and videos.- Maintain a visual database of photos and visual assets.Requirements:- Degree in Commercial Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.- 4-6 years of experience as a visualiser with a reputed agency.- Proven experience in graphic design and video creation/editing, with a portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of visual principles, typography, layout, and video production techniques.- Demonstrated experience using AI design tools (Mid-journey, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to create visual content.- A strong understanding of branding principles and marketing best practices.
