Job Summary:A Direct Sales Executive - Insurance is responsible for selling insurance products directly to customers through personal interactions, either in-person or via digital platforms. The role involves prospecting, pitching, closing deals, and maintaining strong post-sales relationships.Roles & Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers through personal referrals, databases, walk-ins, field visits, or digital leads.- Match customer needs with the most suitable insurance policy options.- Assist customers in completing forms, collecting documents, and ensuring a smooth policy issuance process.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Guide customers through premium payments, policy renewals, and basic claims support.- Stay in touch with policyholders to encourage renewalsWhat we require: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
