As we continue to build and grow brands across digital channels, we re looking for a smart, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth team.What You ll Own:- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and other digital channels- Manage daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, creatives, and audience segmentation- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve ROI and scale spends effectively- Collaborate with creative, brand, and content teams for campaign planning and asset creation- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad solutionsWho You Are:- A graduate/post-graduate from a Tier 1 college (IIM, ISB, MICA, IIT, NIFT, SRCC, SSCBS, NSIT, etc.)- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns (preferably in a D2C/e-commerce/digital agency setup)- Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and attribution models- Highly analytical with comfort working on Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads- A problem-solver with a bias for action and a growth mindsetBonus If You Have:- Experience in scaling D2C or aggregator brands- Worked on Amazon Ads or marketplace ad platforms- Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing (ref:updazz.com)
