What we are looking for- Strong written and verbal communication skill (English & Tamil / Malayalam)- Client Handling Skills- Experience in any product/process/up-skilling training- 2 - 4 Years years of experience in Sales Training- Should be good with MS office- Good Presentation skills are required- Ready to travel across location as and when required for training- Ability to handle huge crowd of participants (online /classroom)- Bachelors degree in any stream- Ability to conduct trainings on various Online platforms such as on Zoom/google meet/Jiomeet etc.Roles & Responsibilities:- Deliver In-person & Virtual Training sessions for New hires & Existing staffs .
-Ensure successful execution of training needs - Responsible for providing guidance, mentoring & support performance improvement of the candidate.
-Send reports to Operations team on the progress of activities - Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI - Make sure Training goals is align with Corporate objectives (ref:updazz.com)
