Job Title: Auto Sales TrainerDepartment: Training & DevelopmentLocation:TALOJA MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION, P - 21, MIDC , Taloja , Tal .Panvel , Raigad , Maharashtra - 410208Reports to: Training ManagerJob Summary:The Auto Sales Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining high-impact sales training programs for automotive dealership sales staff. This role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, and CRM tool usage to drive increased vehicle sales and improve the overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for new and existing sales staff.2. Train on product knowledge including vehicle specs, features, and benefits.3. Provide hands-on coaching on sales processes including prospecting, needs analysis, test drives, presenting, and closing.4. Conduct role-plays, mock sales calls, and scenario-based learning sessions.5. Teach customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital selling techniques.6. Monitor and evaluate sales performance post-training and offer feedback for improvement.7. Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new models, and market competition.8. Customize training materials for various dealership locations or sales teams.9. Support dealership managers in setting sales goals and developing staff capabilities.10. Prepare training reports and track progress using KPIs and performance metrics.Requirements:1. Bachelor s degree in any specialization .2. Proven experience in automotive sales or sales training (3 years preferred).3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to coach and motivate diverse teams.5. Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales performance tools.6. Willingness to travel between dealership locations (if applicable).Preferred Skills:Preferred Candidate Profile:Looking for a candidate whos is having experience in giving training on auto sales.Benefits apart from CTC:Mobile and Internet Data Allowance.
