The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quotas, building pipelines, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role requires hands-on execution, collaboration across teams, and a focus on achieving targets.Roles and Responsibilities:- Execute Sales Plans: Develop and implement actionable strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.- Build and Manage Pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and close deals, ensuring consistent pipeline growth- Close Deals: Lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and achieve sales quotas.- GTM strategies: Execute GTM strategies in India and US working with potential customers.- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align strategies and improve execution.- Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust with decision-makers, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities.- Track Performance: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better results.- Mentor the Team: Coach SDRs and junior AEs to improve performance and achieve targets.Desired Skills and Experience:- 7 years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas.- 3 years of experience (recent) in B2B SaaS sales.- Proven expertise in selling tech tools, integrations, and workflow automation solutions to enterprise customers.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Competencies Required- Excellent interpersonal skills- Good written and verbal communication- Focus on Results & Customer Experience- Entrepreneurial Orientation- Innovation and Openness to Learning.
