Equipment Upkeep: Maintain and repair facility appliances. Facilities Management: Perform general upkeep, such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, and fixture assembly/removal. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety regulations and conduct safety checks. Record Keeping: Maintain logs of completed maintenance work, equipment status, and potential hazards. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests for unplanned repairs. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Hands-on Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to diagnose basic problems and find effective solutions.
