Role Overview: Lead a high-performing sales team focused on converting high-intent leads into enrollments for premium programs priced between - 1.5 Lakh - 2 Lakh. Drive revenue, enforce process discipline, and coach the team for excellence. Job Title: Sales Team Lead- EducationKey Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6-12 sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
-Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets aligned with revenue goals.
-Own part of the revenue quota and ensure 90% team target achievement.
-Drive conversions for high-ticket consultative sales programs.
-Coach sales executives on consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
-Track and analyze key funnel metrics: conversion rate (3-6%), connect rate, and productivity.
-Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and pipeline management.
-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow and customer experience.
-Implement and enforce sales processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to the team. Required Skillsets: - Proven 4-6 years of experience in B2C inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role.
-Expertise in high-ticket consultative sales and closing large-ticket deals.
-Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance management.
-Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
-Process-oriented mindset with strong discipline around sales execution.
