Job Responsibilities: Freshers are preferable candidates

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot software / hardware issues
• Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
• Record and track customer issues in the ticketing system
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure timely and professional customer service

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Qualification: Any graduate / diploma in IT preferred
