Sales Manager: - We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the overseas online education sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling online education programs to prospective students and working professionals across international markets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the education industry, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their academic and career aspirations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: - Identify and reach out to potential students through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
-Collaborate with marketing teams to gather qualified leads and follow up effectively. 2. Consultative Sales: - Understand the educational needs and career goals of prospective students.
-Provide detailed information about available courses, programs, and career benefits.
-Recommend suitable programs based on individual requirements. 3. Sales Closure: - Handle objections and queries to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
-Guide prospective students through the application and payment process. 4. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain relationships with potential students and Agents. o Maintain post-enrolment communication to enhance satisfaction and retention. 5. Market Analysis: - Stay updated on global education trends, student preferences, and competitor offerings.
-Provide insights to the management for strategic decision-making. 6. Reporting & Target Achievement: - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrolments in the CRM system.Key Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master s preferred).
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up promptly.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
