We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller (Female) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry to join our team in Gurugram.
-The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English and have a strong understanding of the real estate market and its offerings.
-This role will require engaging with prospective clients, promoting real estate services, handling customer inquiries, and helping close sales by nurturing leads.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, generating interest in our real estate offerings, including properties for sale, rent, and lease.- Handle inbound inquiries, providing clients with detailed information about properties, availability, pricing, and key selling points.- Qualify leads, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into appointments or sales.- Provide customers with personalized property options based on their preferences and needs.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.- Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.- Track progress toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Stay updated on the latest market trends, property listings, and industry developments.- Assist in arranging site visits, and ensure clients are well-informed throughout the process.Requirements:- Gender: Female- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).- Education: Minimum 12th grade, preferably graduate.- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling within the real estate industry.
