- We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Events to lead the planning, execution, and scaling of high-impact events that align with our mission.- This role will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering both virtual and physical events-including workshops, summits, hackathons, and community meetups-that engage our diverse audience and strengthen our brand presence.Key Responsibilities :Strategic Planning :- Design and implement an annual events calendar aligned with Impacteers strategic goals.- Develop event formats that support career enablement, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.Event Execution :- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events-venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, budgeting, and staffing.- Ensure seamless delivery of both in-person and virtual events using tools like Zoom, Hopin, or Airmeet.Community Engagement :- Build and nurture relationships with universities, corporates, NGOs, and ecosystem partners.- Drive participation and engagement through creative campaigns and community outreach.Team Leadership : - Manage a team of event coordinators, interns, and volunteers.- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and product teams.Performance & Reporting :- Track KPIs such as attendance, engagement, feedback, and ROI.- Prepare post-event reports and continuously improve event strategies.Qualifications- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.- 5 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in EdTech, social impact, or startup ecosystems.- Proven track record of managing large-scale events and community programs.- Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Skills :- Familiarity with sustainability, social entrepreneurship, or career development domains.- Experience with hybrid event platforms and digital engagement tools.- Creative mindset with a passion for building communities and experiences.What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Opportunity to shape a growing impact-driven brand.- A collaborative, mission-first work environment.- Access to a global network of changemakers and innovators.
