Job Summary We are hiring B.E. graduates for the Technical Support process at Transact Global. The role involves assisting customers with technical queries, troubleshooting software or hardware issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience.Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.- Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity.- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems efficiently.- Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).- Stay updated with product knowledge and new technologies.- Ensure first-call resolution and follow standard support procedures.Requirements:- Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Any Stream).- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).- Customer-focused attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.- Salary as per the market standard.- Immediate Joiners are preferred - Interested Candidates please send your resume (ref:updazz.com)
