About the Role:We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our corporate and B2C pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying leads across industries, ensuring a steady flow of prospects for our Corporate Sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential corporate clients (IT, BFSI, Startups, FMCG, etc.).- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls.- Maintain and update lead databases/CRM with accurate information.- Schedule meetings and demos for the Corporate Sales Executives.- Support marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Outreach automation, etc.).- Track lead performance and share insights for campaign optimization.Requirements:- 1-4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.- Excellent research and communication skills.- Target-oriented with ability to meet daily/weekly outreach numbers.- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.- Prior experience in hospitality/travel/HR solutions is a plus (not mandatory).What We Offer:- Fixed pay incentive for qualified meetings and conversions.- Opportunity to work with global corporates and premium resorts.- Training in advanced outreach tools and corporate engagement.- Fast-growth environment with clear career progression into sales roles.
