The role focuses on promoting research and academic support services, generating leads, and building strong relationships with PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions.Responsibilities:- Make outbound telesales calls to generate leads and convert them into clients.- Promote PhD guidance, research assistance, and publication support services.- Understand client needs and provide suitable research solutions.- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to ensure conversions.- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with researchers and institutions.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.Skills Required :- Strong communication and convincing skills.- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle objections and build trust with clients.- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.- Basic knowledge of academic research (preferred).- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).Qualification :- Any degree (freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).- Sales/telecalling experience in education, academic, or service sectors is an added advantage.
