The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of financial technology solutions for both existing and new clients. The Technical Program Manager will drive process excellence and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique operational processes and requirements.
