We are looking to hire a Graphic Designer to join our Gurgaon Office.The Role:You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and social media platforms. You ll work closely with our marketing/product team to develop brand assets, advertisements, and promotional materials that align with our company s vision and resonate with our audience.Responsibilities:- Design & create high-quality graphics for digital & print, including social media assets, website visuals, marketing collateral, branding, and product packaging.- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce designs for campaigns, advertisements & promotional materials.- Maintain consistency in visual style, brand guidelines, and design standards across all platforms and channels.- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for website and mobile app designs.- Work with the product and development teams to ensure that designs are optimized for user experience and functionality.- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects and campaigns.- Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines.Requirements:- At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience (preferably in a startup environment).- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, and others.- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across various media (digital, print, branding, etc.).- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team.- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, and others.- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across various media (digital, print, branding, etc.).- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team.- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design.
