Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, contact rates, and qualified appointments set. Database Maintenance: Update and clean lead databases, marking incorrect information and ensuring data integrity. Reporting: Prepare daily reports detailing call activity, lead status changes, and appointments scheduled. Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear articulation, an energetic tone, and an ability to quickly build rapport. Highly persistent, tenacious, and capable of handling frequent objections and rejection gracefully. Strong listening skills and ability to quickly assess prospect needs.
