Our programmatic M&A platform uses data-driven sourcing, smart screening, and intent prediction to deliver ready-to-transact pipelines in <3 days. We partner with corporate acquirers and PE firms globally-especially across IT services, BPO, and tech-enabled services.Role overviewWe re hiring an Account Executive to own our US new-logo motion-from outbound strategy to meetings booked and Sales closure. You ll be the tip of the spear: designing outreach plays, personalizing content, and navigating to decision-makers (Corp Dev, Strategy, PE deal teams).Ideal for someone who loves hunting consultative selling, is comfortable with CXO conversations, and wants to grow with a fast-moving M&A / SaaS-like platformKey Responsibilities1. Lead Sourcing & Pipeline Building- Identify and research target accounts: corporate development teams, PE/VC firms, portfolio companies, founder-led IT services / SaaS / tech-enabled businesses.- Use LinkedIn, databases, email, events, and referrals to build a strong outbound pipeline.2. Outbound & Demand Generation- Run targeted email / LinkedIn / call campaigns to generate meetings.- Personalize outreach using prospect s M&A thesis, sector focus, and recent deals.- Work closely with founders/leadership to refine ideal customer profiles and messaging3. Discovery & Solutioning- Conduct high-quality discovery calls to understand:- Acquisition strategy (markets, ticket size, sectors, timelines).- Pain points in sourcing, screening and deal flow.- Position GrowthPal s platform and services as a ROI-driven solution (more relevant targets, faster deal flow, better coverage).- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare tailored proposals, 2-pagers, and sample target lists.4. Sales Process Management & Closure- Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from first touch to signed contract.- Run product / platform walkthroughs and proposal discussions with prospects.- Handle commercial discussions, objections, negotiation and closure, with support from leadership where needed.- Maintain a healthy, realistic pipeline in CRM, with clear next steps and forecasts.5. Reporting & Feedback- Track and report on key metrics: meetings booked, opportunities created, win rates, ACV, cycle time.Desired skill sets-1) 2-5 years of B2B sales / account executive / business development experience.2) Proven experience owning the full sales cycle: outbound - discovery - proposal - negotiation - closure.3) Experience selling to CXO-level stakeholders 4) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable with global clients (US/Europe time zones).Salary: As per industry standards (ref:updazz.com)
