We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, understands branding, and can translate ideas into compelling designs across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and design marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and web assets.- Create visuals consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.- Design and edit short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok-style videos, to enhance brand presence.- Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns to life.- Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within deadlines.- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies, including the use of AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- 1 -2 years experience, preferably in a similar marketing agency environment.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects), Figma/Canva.- Experience in creating engaging reels/short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.- Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL-E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to support ideation and creative production.- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and motion design principles.- Portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, versatility, and strong reel/video samples.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
