Job Title: CRM Manager / CRM Executive - Real EstateExperience: 3 yearsSalary: - 25,000 to - 35,000Location: Chennai ECRCategory: Senior / Executive LevelGender: Male / FemaleJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled CRM Manager/Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry to handle client interactions, manage leads, support sales teams, and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to booking and possession.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Client Management- Manage incoming leads from portals, campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.- Track, follow up, and convert leads for site visits and bookings.- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.Sales Coordination- Coordinate between sales team, marketing team, and customers.- Schedule site visits, client meetings, and follow-up activities.- Assist sales executives with customer profiles, documents, and update requirements.Customer Relationship Management- Respond to client queries related to property details, pricing, project updates, payment schedules, etc.- Ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales communication.- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.CRM System Management- Update and manage CRM software (NoBroker, Housing, SalesForce, Zoho, etc.).- Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and conversions.- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.Documentation & Process Support- Assist clients with booking forms, KYC, agreements, and payment follow-ups.- Coordinate with legal, accounts, and project teams for document processing.- Ensure timely reminders for due payments and project updates.Customer Engagement- Build rapport with customers to improve brand loyalty.- Assist in property handover, possession updates, and after-sales support.Required Skills- Strong communication and client-handling skills.- Experience in Real Estate CRM is mandatory.- Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate lead portals.- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.Qualifications- Any degree.- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Handling.
