Responsibilities:- Generate significant sales revenue by promoting Jaquar products and converting leads into sales.
-Become a product knowledge powerhouse, thoroughly understanding and articulating the features and benefits of all Jaquar product verticals (bathware, lighting, etc.).
-Enhance counter sales at dealer showrooms by employing effective sales techniques and exceeding sales targets.
-Follow up with potential customers, guide them through the decision-making process, and convert their interest into confirmed sales.
-Train dealer staff on Jaquar products and equip them with the knowledge and sales skills to effectively promote our offerings.
-Manage and create visually appealing Jaquar product displays that showcase the brand 39s quality and innovation. Qualification: Requirement and Personality Traits : - Experience of 2-3 years, exposure to Sales, preferably in the Building material, Furniture, consumer durable/Electronics an or related industries.
-Graduation degree preferred.
-Good verbal and written communication skills with a pleasing personality, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
-Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
-Concept selling and need creation skills.
